Visual identity and advertising campaign for "O Americano" (The Cowboy), a series by Ivo M. Ferreira. In this project, I had the opportunity to work from post-production to launch, designing the title treatment and credits for the series, teaser poster, key art and character posters and subsequent derivations for OOH and social media.
In the early 1980s, a criminal gang terrorized the Algarve, in the south of Portugal, committing over twenty bank robberies. The group was led by a man known as "the Doctor" and Faustino Cavaco, a carpenter nicknamed "The Cowboy." Faustino was captured, sentenced to eighteen years in prison, and later became the mastermind behind the bloodiest prison escape in Portuguese history.
